Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return unused and unopened products in their original packaging.

2. Return Conditions

• Product must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required
• Seal must not be broken
• Free gifts (if any) must be returned

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
